5. SimplySwim and SimplyPortal
Hollands Swim School uses SimplySwim and its SimplyPortal customer application to assist with enrolments, class management, attendance, make-up lessons, account information, payments and communication with families.
Information provided through these systems may include family contact details, student information, attendance records, enrolment details, account information and other information necessary to provide the service.
SimplySwim states that its service involves the storage of personal information and provides its own privacy policy concerning its handling of information.
Families should also review the SimplySwim privacy information when using the SimplyPortal service.
6. When we may disclose personal information
We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to operate our business and provide our services.
This may include disclosure to:
- SimplySwim and other technology or software providers we use;
- payment processors and financial service providers;
- IT, cloud storage, website and communications providers;
- professional advisers, such as accountants, lawyers or insurers;
